Data collection
What Information PHJoint Collects
1
Registration and account information
When you create a PHJoint account, we collect the details you provide during that process. This typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and residential address details. This information is used to create and administer your account, communicate with you, and verify that you meet the eligibility requirements for PHJoint services.
Registration information must be accurate. If it changes — for example, you change your mobile number or move to a new address — update your PHJoint profile promptly. An outdated contact detail can delay important communications about your account, transactions, or security.
2
Identity and verification documents
PHJoint may request documents to confirm your identity, date of birth, residential address, and payment method ownership. These requests can occur at registration, before a withdrawal, after a detail change, or when activity requires a review. Commonly requested items include a government-issued ID, a utility bill or bank statement as address evidence, and proof that a payment method belongs to the registered player.
Verification documents are handled securely and used only for legitimate KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance purposes. PHJoint staff will not ask you to send personal documents through unsecured email or third-party channels outside the official PHJoint secure submission process.
3
Transaction and financial records
Every deposit, withdrawal, wager, and balance movement on your PHJoint account is recorded. This includes the PHP amount, method, timestamp, reference number, and outcome. Transaction records are necessary for account administration, dispute resolution, regulatory reporting, and financial reconciliation. PHJoint does not store full card numbers — payment card details are processed through a Payment Card Industry-compliant provider.
GCash, Maya, or other e-wallet transactions generate reference data that PHJoint retains for the period required by applicable rules. Players should also retain their own payment records, as discrepancies are easier to resolve promptly when both parties can access the relevant reference details.
4
Gameplay and platform activity
PHJoint records game sessions, wager history, sport and market selections, session durations, and platform navigation. This data supports account administration, responsible gaming monitoring, technical troubleshooting, and the detection of unusual activity patterns. It also allows PHJoint to identify responsible gaming signals, such as extended uninterrupted sessions or rapid stake escalation.
Platform activity records help PHJoint investigate complaints, verify how a technical issue affected a session, and check fair play compliance. This information is not used to profile players for commercial advertising purposes.
5
Device, technical, and connection data
When you access PHJoint, technical data is automatically generated. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifier, session timestamps, referring URL, and general connection information. This data is used for security checks, fraud detection, geolocation compliance, and platform optimisation. PHJoint may also use session cookies and similar technologies to maintain login state and improve the player experience during an active session.
6
Support and communication records
When you contact the PHJoint support team — through website chat, email, or another communication channel — we retain the content of that exchange and any attachments. Support records are used to resolve the query, improve the service, and review how similar issues were previously handled. Players should not include passwords, full card numbers, or OTP codes in a support message.
Keep your contact details current
PHJoint uses your registered mobile number and email address to send security alerts, transaction notifications, and account updates. An outdated contact detail can mean a missed alert when it matters most — especially for withdrawals and account security changes.
No password requests from PHJoint
PHJoint staff will never ask for your login password, e-wallet PIN, bank password, or one-time password. Any message requesting these details is not from PHJoint and should be reported immediately.
